Deals on Hair Products

Okay, so my baby is sleep before 12 and my husband is snoring loud as hell.  What does that mean?  Jellybeans and blogging for me!  I had to take a short hiatus to do some party planning and spend some time with my family.  While I was away, I didn't have my laptop and I hate trying to type on my iPad without the wireless keyboard.  Anyway, I'm back and ready to share some more hair tips.

I get quite a few people that tell me that the products I use are way too expensive.  In a sense they kind of are, but do ya'll really think I pay FULL price for anything that I use?!
Okay, sometimes I do BUT I have to want and/or need it really, really bad.  Some people are awesome at bargain shopping when it comes to clothes (not me) and some people are really good at catching bargains on hair products (totally me).

For starters, sign up to get emails from your favorite hair companies.  They will notify you first about upcoming sales and quite a few companies will send you a coupon for simply signing up to receive emails.  Carol's Daughter is one of those companies and they are ALWAYS having a sale online.  Also follow your favorite company's social media page.  They use that platform to announce new products, sales, and giveaways.

Sally's often has tons of hair products on sale.  The Mane Choice, Mielle Organics, Lottabody, and tgin (just a few of my favs) can be found in-store and online.  They offer coupons and BOGO sales quite often.  A lot of times I just stock up on items even though I don't really need them.  This way when I run out, I can just reach in the cabinet or linen closet and pull out whatever I need. Sally's also has BOGO sales on perm rods, flexi rods, processing caps, etc.  If you become a Beauty Club Member then you can also get an additional 10% off your purchases in-store and online.

Black Friday and Christmas sales are so lit online!  This is the time I stock up on products by The Mane Choice or Mielle Organics.  This past Black Friday they had most of their products 30-50% off.  Again this is why it's important to sign up for emails from your favorite hair companies.  Some companies will even create hair product bundles and have them on sale.  It's pretty plain to see that I mostly do a lot of my shipping online.  I like doing this because I don't like being out in the crowds and I don't like being disappointed if they don't have an item in stock in the store.  I've seen a lot of people get great deals in the store.  I did catch a pretty good deal randomly while in Target recently.  They had my favorite Mielle Organics deep conditioner on clearance.  I brought every last one of them.  When I went back to get the hair milk that I stashed (yes I do stash products in the store so I can go back and get them--go ahead and judge me) someone beat me to it.  I have to space out my hair product shopping so my husband won't notice unless he walks into the other bathroom and looks under the sink or in the linen closest.  We all hide something from our significant other; whether it's shoes, clothes, or hair products in my case.  Hell I hide all three things most of the time.  I'm trying to chill on buying hair products though.

Check back later because I have a few other hair products that I forget to mention.  Well I really didn't forget, I just didn't know how to categorize them.  Now go sign up for those emails! 😀
